My Good Habits:
Do exercise ;If exercising is very good for your health and for your bones
Have good aygiene; if it is important for the development of the body's hormones
Wake up early;If it helps a lot for your body to get used to waking up quickly to be some activity etc
Drink more water;If it is important to drink 8 glasses of water since our body needs it
Sleep soon;if sunning early helps a lot not to wake up at night
No breahfast;if you do not have breakfast in your stomach, it can have consequences such as fainting and illnesses
Abusing social ;we do not have to abuse this medium because we can be addicted to it and problems
Not prorect yourselt from the sun;if you have to get away from the sun because it can give you sunstroke among others
